Anything that cost us our peace is too expensive. š Yet our modern day lifestyle makes it difficult for us to slow down and take the time to just breathe which leads to stress.
Studies have found that many health problems are related to stress. Stress seems to worsen or increase the risk of conditions like obesity, heart disease, diabetes, depression, gastrointestinal problems, and asthma. š¢

Take a breath... š§āāļøš§āāļøš§
Good news... š when we are in a relaxed, peaceful state our bodies assimilate nutrients from the food we eat that helps us fight disease, our relationships with others seem to flow nicely, and we are most adept to learning new things.
You can find inner peace by focusing on the things that you can control, by spending time in nature, being true to yourself, doing good things for others, and through honoring your body by eating healthy and getting regular exercise. šļøāāļøšŖā¤ļø
