Hello, It's my pleasure to meet you!
My name is Lori Jarvis, and I am the CEO and Founder of Enliven Coaching Company. There was a time when I struggled personally with my weight and my career goals until I stopped listening to the same old tune that told me I was not smart or good enough to deserve something better. I accepted mediocrity for myself yet encouraged excellence in others because of what I believed about myself. When I stopped allowing my own self-limiting beliefs to guide me, and began to listen to a new voice that spoke of value and worth, I began to see the results that I was looking for.
Eureka! And, coaching made the difference!
By working with a coach on my set goals, I had the right system, support, and accountability that I needed to help me to achieve my goals and get my desired results. I learned how to turn off the old message and I starting listening to a new one that spoke of my value and worth. I had a new view on life and one that spoke of hope and possibility.
I have always had a passion to serve people, and worked in a corporate profession helping people and organizations to develop and grow. That is why I founded Enliven Coaching Company so I could better serve the people who want to get more out of their lives by helping them to achieve their desired results through transformational coaching.
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through ISSA, and a Master Certified Life and Health Coach with a BA in Psychology and Social Science and Master of Public Health (MPH Degree) specialized in Health Promotion.
Whatever your journey may be achieving your perfect body weight or fitness level, personal or career development or your would like help to achieve something that which is greater, I can help you to get where you would like to be and to achieve the results you desire.
I am just like you. I am a person, woman, wife, daughter, godmother, aunt, sister, and good friend. I will be your coach and confidant through your journey.
